crowne plaza basingstoke exceeded my expectations during my stopover. the modern and spacious room, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere made my stay enjoyable. it was conveniently located near the motorway and a short walk to the town centre.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were very good and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large car park with plenty of space. The location, just off the M3, was convenient for our trip to a wedding venue in the area. The breakfast was delicious, well cooked, and carefully presented. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay.

The staff were always very helpful, smiling and friendly. The breakfast menu offered excellent choices. The 24-hour menu provided availability to drinks and meals at anytime. The room was well equipped with an iron, hairdryer, fan, and dressing gown. The beds were ultra-comfy and there was an aromatherapy pack for a good night's sleep.

Wow! From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely impressed with everything at this hotel. the rooms were amazing and the staff went above and beyond to provide phenomenal customer service. From the reception to the bar staff, everyone was friendly and willing to ensure our happiness. the luxurious rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities and the comfortable beds made for a restful sleep. the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was commendable. the breakfast had a wonderful selection of hot and continental options, and they even accommodated my request for veggie sausages. the overall experience was fantastic.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, situated near the motorway but still peaceful and quiet. It was also conveniently close to both the town centre and the motorway, making it easy to explore. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, especially during Christmas time, and had lovely views of the gardens and orangery-style roof. I particularly enjoyed sitting outside and sipping on a Starbucks. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. They seemed knowledgeable and were able to assist with any requests I had.

Had a great stay in this newly refurbished hotel during our weekend city trip. the free breakfast was vast and delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and child-friendly. the hotel offers ample space to run around and play without any fuss from the staff. the complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking were added bonuses. the location of the hotel is great, just a short drive away from the city centre and beautifully landscaped green parks.

The slow service at the bar area. Although there were a few waiters, they didn't seem to be particularly attentive, and we had to ask for our drinks more than once.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Basingstoke for a weekend getaway. The check-in process was smooth and I was delighted to find that my room was ready early. The double room with a King size bed was incredibly comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bathroom had both a classic and deluge shower, with modern fittings of excellent quality. The discounted breakfast rate was well worth it, as the buffet was extensive and served until 11am. The hotel also offers a gym, sauna, and ample parking. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience.

I particularly enjoyed the use of the breakfast lounge as an Espire Elite member, which offered a peaceful and quiet start to the day. the rooms were comfortable and the parking was easy.

my room was not what I had booked, with a strong smell of damp and a tired and dirty appearance. the shower head fell apart and there was dust and grime in the room.
