It's just a short walk from the Brighton Pier and city center, surrounded by numerous cafés and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful advice and even assisting with parking.

No negative aspects mentioned in the reviews, all was ok.

Great location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Clean room with comfy bed and modern facilities. Prompt and friendly staff, provided extra towel quickly. Off-site breakfast at nearby cafe, with pleasant and accommodating staff. Will definitely consider staying again if price is right.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with the pier and town center just a short walk away. The breakfast served at the nearby cafe was delicious and fresh.

The room was uncomfortably hot, and we had to keep the window open, which meant we were disturbed by the loud seagulls outside. The lack of curtains in the room meant that the bright sunlight woke us up very early in the morning.

The B&B I stayed at was clean and well presented, offering good value for money. It was conveniently located, allowing for a quiet stay while still being within walking distance of most city attractions. The breakfast provided was great and satisfying. Although I couldn't substitute tea/coffee for juice, it was just a personal preference. I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences like the lack of substitute beverage options and the absence of certain amenities, it didn't greatly affect the comfort of my stay.

Located near a great café called Spinelli's, with excellent service from friendly staff. The beach is just a stone's throw away, offering a beautiful view. Lini, the housekeeper, made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The B&B was in zone C, just as we expected.

The other aspects of the hotel were not up to par.
