As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the underground and rail stations, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a large, cozy bed and unique circus/show-themed decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our things earlier for a wedding. The hotel had great facilities including a lovely bar with excellent drinks and a delicious breakfast. We also appreciated the manager's kind and humane response when we had to cut short our stay, offering to credit the remaining balance without us even asking. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in a nice area over a pub made it very convenient. The room was spotless and had all the necessary facilities. The service from the housekeeping staff was excellent, with our sheets changed and bed made every day. The room amenities, like the air conditioning and terrace, made our stay even more comfortable. We also enjoyed the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV in the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for grabbing a bite to eat and relaxing. The staff, apart from the manager who checked us in, were friendly and helpful.

The Bedford Balham has a great location near Balham station, with a historical building that houses a pub and a comedy theatre. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, perfect for vegetarians and vegans. The restaurant offers excellent food, catering to our dietary preferences.

We had a great time at this charming pub hotel. The location was fantastic, just opposite the rail station and very close to Balham underground. The rooms were well decorated and the bathrooms were really nice. The service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with quality ingredients and well cooked dishes. The hotel also had a quirky and cool decor, adding to its charm.

The lift could have gone up to the second floor, which would have been more convenient.

We loved the stunning domed theatre where live music was held. The location next to Balham tube station made transportation easy. We enjoyed the convenience of being right next to the railway for quick access to public transport. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The decor was beautiful and the room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed. the bathroom was also nice, and the location was great, just a couple of minutes from the train station.

The noise was unbearable until 2am, which made it difficult to sleep. there were no staff available at the desk during the late hours, and there was no way to get water or juice.

Great location, very easy to get around thanks to the nearby train station. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a xmas getaway. Loved the complimentary porridge, juice, and milk that were provided in the mini-fridge.

The noise from the entertainment downstairs was incredibly disruptive. the shower was also a problem as it was difficult to get a steady temperature.

The noise from the live music venue downstairs was extremely loud and lasted until late at night. It felt like trying to sleep in a nightclub.
