The staff were really lovely people and very helpful, even offering to iron our shirts for us. We felt welcomed and well-taken care of from start to finish. What a wonderful experience! the countryside setting was perfect. the hosts were fantastic, providing fresh fruit as a welcome treat and even accommodating our dietary requirements. the room was very comfortable and clean with great Wi-Fi, TV, and tea-making facilities. We enjoyed the full English breakfast cooked to order using fresh ingredients, which was just what we needed to set us up for a day of exploring. the gardens were beautifully landscaped and an ideal place to relax and unwind.

There really isn't anything to fault. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the mattress was slightly softer than what I am used to, but that is just a personal preference.
