I had a wonderful stay at a charming inn just outside Salisbury. the Bell Inn was exceptional in every way, from the beautifully decorated single room with its deer-themed decor and antler accents, to the delicious meals served in the quiet pub setting. the steak I had on the first night was cooked to perfection, and the fishcakes on the second night were simply delicious. Even breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a fantastic start to the day. the warm welcome and comfortable bedrooms added to the overall enjoyable experience. the inn's location made it easy to explore Salisbury without any parking issues.

In what was putting it politely a very modest establishment, The Bell Inn offered a peaceful rural location. The room, although small, was tidy and clean with a private bathroom that had a wonderful big shower. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the dinner was delicious. We also appreciated the historical significance of the place, being established in the 18th century.

The fridge provided in the room was inadequate, as it constantly reverted back to 28°C and couldn't be adjusted.

The Bell Inn in Salisbury exceeded all expectations. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic amenities. The innkeepers, Dave and Nicky, were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing valuable information about the local area. The food was outstanding, both in taste and price. The location is perfect for visiting Stonehenge and other sites on the Salisbury Plain. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

The free parking was convenient and finding a space was not a problem.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at a charming inn with great location for exploring nearby attractions. the innkeeper/chef, David, was incredibly helpful with directions and local information. the pre-check-in email was very informative about parking. the room, although small, was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the modern amenities like a coffee machine and a good TV. the shower was lovely and the bed was comfy.

The lack of breakfast on-site was a disappointment, but we found a good café nearby. the road outside the inn was busy and the pavement narrow, making it difficult to walk.
