The hotel has loads of character and is a great base to explore Mull. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The staff are excellent and provide great service. The breakfast, which is preordered the night before, is convenient and allows for a relaxing start to the day.

No major issues, just some minor room placement concerns.

Great food, catered for residents, value for money, bar atmosphere, community center, locals and visitors mingling.

Quirky Charm & Delicious Food. Text: Lovely old inn with a quirky layout, which adds to its charm. Delicious homemade food, especially the mussels. Only downside was the sloping bathroom - a unique experience, I must say.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and stunning location of the hotel. The room was cozy and the heating kicked in at the first sign of cold weather. The food, both at breakfast and dinner, was delicious and satisfying. The recent refurbishment made everything feel fresh and clean. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The hotel was situated in a remote location with beautiful surroundings. the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well maintained. We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant which had a good selection to choose from.

the heating system was not working properly which made the room quite cold at times, despite our efforts to adjust the temperature.
