Great location near the waterfront and city center. Easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was clean and in good shape, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Our room was incredibly hot and stuffy. Despite having the window open and a fan provided, it was still unbearable.

We had a wonderful stay at Belmont Bed & Breakfast! The location was fantastic, being conveniently situated halfway between town and the station. It made it easy for us to explore the area and take day trips. The big hill back from the station was a bit challenging, but we discovered a great route along the seafront and up by Premier Inn that saved our legs. Our room, number 4 on the 3rd floor, was spacious with a very comfortable and big bed, perfect for my 6.5' tall husband. The hosts were welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed upon arrival. The daily tea, coffee, and water delivered outside our door each morning was a nice touch. Breakfast in the basement room was plentiful with lots of hot options, including a delicious full English breakfast. We didn't need to order from the additional options as there was already plenty to choose from. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to Belmont Bed & Breakfast. We stayed at Belmont Bed & Breakfast for a week and our experience was fantastic. The room, despite being an attic room, was spacious and filled with natural light. The cleanliness was impeccable and the fluffy white towels were a nice touch. The owners, Andy and Abi, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even let us store our bags before check-in and after check-out so we could explore the area without any hassle. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the beautiful seafront. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a variety of delicious options made from locally sourced ingredients. The frequent replenishing of the tea and coffee facilities was greatly appreciated. a wonderful stay with great hospitality and a convenient location.

The breakfast was a definite highlight - very tasty and filling, with lots of options to choose from. the location was ideal - just a short walk from the town center and the train station. We also appreciated the top-up of tea and coffee which was delivered each morning to our door.

The only real downside was the noise from the main road which kept us awake at night. Earplugs helped but it was still noticeable.
