amazing stay at the berkley! even better than our last visit to blackpool. the apartment was spacious, comfortable and had stunning views. the owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. loved the modern and stylish decor, and the free parking was a bonus. will definitely be back next year!

Noisy saturday night.

Excellent customer service, welcoming and friendly. Deluxe apartment with 2 bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Great location for walking and tram access. Perfect for families with children.

Not obvious to find.

The apartments are located in the perfect position across from a tram stop, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. the back garden was a nice touch, with comfortable garden furniture where we could relax. The apartment itself was clean and welcoming, with a spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained, with provided toiletries. The hosts were friendly and helpful, offering a warm welcome upon arrival.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient and an additional cost.

The Berkeley Apartments in Blackpool are superb, with excellent hosts who are attentive and helpful. The location is great, with easy access to the tram for exploring the various piers. The apartments are beautifully renovated and well-equipped, making them a perfect choice for a group of friends.

Felt like our own home, no reason to complain.

We loved the location as it was set a little away from the main strip so a lot quieter, and just over the road from the beach. You are near a tram stop, and it's a lovely walk down towards the North Pier. The apartments were very well equipped meaning we didn't need to pack much for a one night stay. Beds were very comfortable, and facilities etc. all good quality. The welcome from the owner was very friendly, and he went out of his way to meet our request to keep our car parked there for an extra few hours the following day. My dad hadn't realised he'd left his jeans behind, and we found they'd been left with our car when we got back to it which was also much appreciated, thank you! We also really liked the entrance area with floor to ceiling windows, and set up with comfy chairs and magazines to enjoy the view and relax. All in all, really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay again!

The apartments are located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This makes it ideal for a peaceful break with children. The back garden is a nice addition, with garden furniture for relaxation. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained, offering lovely sea views. The beds are comfortable and the TV is large and easy to use. the apartment provides a homey atmosphere, making it a comfortable stay for families.

The manager's rude and hostile attitude towards guests was a major downside to our experience.

The location of the apartments is a major advantage. Situated right on the promenade, it offers convenient access to the town centre. it is just across the road from a tram stop, making it easy to get around. the apartments provide a stunning view as they are directly opposite the beach.

There was a bit of noise from the trams and traffic, especially for the front-facing apartments. It would have been helpful if curtains were provided to deaden the noise.

The warm welcome from the owner and staff was fantastic, they were really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk or tram ride away from all the attractions. Plus, being right by the beach was a major bonus. The spacious and comfortable apartments were just what we needed for our romantic escape.

The noise from the rowdy crowds on the weekend was a real downside, especially for a romantic getaway. It made it hard to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the fact that there were two bathrooms, perfect for families. The location was great, right on the seafront and close to the tram stop. We enjoyed a lovely view of the sea at breakfast, and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
