My stay at Berkeley was exceptional. The room I stayed in, room 5a, had a breathtaking view of the sea from its bay window. The four poster bed added a touch of elegance to the already beautifully decorated room. The breakfast, cooked to order, was simply splendid with a variety of hot and cold options. The value for money at Berkeley is unbeatable.

During peak times, street parking near Berkeley for unloading can be challenging. However, this is not the guest house's fault and shouldn't be held against them.

The hotel had a fantastic seafront location, which was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. the morning breakfast was plentiful and well presented, with high-quality sausage, egg, and bacon. the friendly staff, especially the owner, took the time to chat with all the guests and made us feel welcome.

Parking near the hotel was a bit of a hassle, especially during busy times. the room could have benefited from thicker curtains or blackout blinds, as the street outside was well lit and made the room quite bright at night.

The owners were friendly and helpful, checking on my breakfast preferences as a vegetarian. the room was clean, comfy, and warm, with a nice shower and workdesk. the location was fairly central, with just a 10-minute walk to the center along the promenade.

Pleasant owners, clean rooms and common areas, great beach view, tasty breakfast, convenient for visiting Lancaster or as a base for the Lake District.

The Berkeley Morecambe is an exceptional place to stay. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, and close to the center. The rooms are well looked after and the ensuite bathrooms are spacious. The staff and hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is simply amazing, with locally sourced ingredients and a wide variety of choices. The attention to detail and cleanliness is comparable to more expensive hotels. The Berkeley Morecambe truly is a gem.

Fantastic stay! the room was extremely clean and the beds were so comfy. the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. My daughter loved having her own space with a separate room. the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the stunning sea. We also enjoyed the fact that there were no parking restrictions on the street and there were some great restaurants nearby.

The only downsides were the squeaky bathroom door, which made me worry about waking my daughter at night, and the awkward positioning of the sink tap, which made washing a bit tricky. there wasn't much to do outside of the hotel, but luckily there were other places to visit nearby.

Despite arriving late due to traffic, the staff were friendly and waited for me. The seafront location was amazing, with a lovely view from my clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with quality ingredients cooked to order. The owner took time to chat with guests, making us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from my room was stunning, with a perfect view of the sea. The room itself was of high quality, with a comfy bed and great furniture. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect - right on the seafront, just a short walk from the town center. Additionally, there was free parking available outside the hotel.

I stayed at The Berkeley for a weekend visit with friends in the area. The staff, especially Colette, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like part of the family. They even set up a breakfast table on the ground floor so I didn't have to navigate the stairs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was beautifully decorated and had a great selection of teas, including green tea. I also enjoyed the stunning view of the Lakes from the nearby picture frame. Despite a few minor issues, like the disappointing breakfast and the limited parking, I can confidently say that Berkeley is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money and exceptional service.
