The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a street away from the Pleasure Beach and other attractions. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were small but had comfy beds and were equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of cereals, toast, and a cooked breakfast option. it was great value for money and perfect for visiting the attractions in the area.

The rooms were slightly dated and could have been cleaner in some areas.

I recently stayed at The Berkswell for a short break and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The owners were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our spacious room had everything we needed for our family, including amenities for our children and baby. It was spotlessly clean, with wonderfully comfortable beds. The breakfast options were fantastic, catering to even the pickiest eaters. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely choose The Berkswell again for its warm hospitality and great amenities.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was right next to the Sandcastle Water Park and only a short walk from the beach. We were able to enjoy all the attractions we wanted to visit without any hassle. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a double bed and a single bed above it. This setup worked perfectly for our family. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive. They made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast. It was delicious and made with quality ingredients.

All in all, we had a great stay and there was nothing that could have been improved.

Theresa & Philip were lovely! They offered safe parking and the B&B is near South Beach, close to Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark. The rooms were quiet and away from the noise on the promenade. The owners were fantastic, providing spacious rooms with everything needed for traveling with children and a baby. The breakfast was cooked to order with plenty of choice. The owners went above and beyond, even accommodating vegan guests. The B&B has a unique seating area outside to relax in the evenings. We will definitely stay again!

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel with my partner and we had a great time! the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the home-cooked breakfast was delicious. the hotel is conveniently located close to a variety of tourist attractions and public transportation.

The only downside to the hotel was the lack of space in the room, which was very small and basic. the room was not cleaned or tidied during our two-night stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the Pleasure Beach resort. The bar and seating area downstairs were lovely and provided a great atmosphere. The room was comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff even provided travel cots and toys for our little one. a fantastic experience!
