I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was incredible, right on the Thames and close to the center of Richmond. It was so convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants, and I even had an easy walk to Kew Gardens. Plus, there was a lovely walk along the river. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room, although small, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The shower was great too! And to top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a variety of options to choose from. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I've stayed at a very cozy hotel with clean and pleasantly scented rooms. the receptionists were friendly and helpful, making a big difference in the overall experience. the location is fantastic, overlooking the Thames, and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. the staff at the hotel are excellent and very attentive. the rooms have a beautiful interior design and the food, both contemporary dishes and breakfast, is delicious. the hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

My last minute trip to this charming vintage hotel was a true delight. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location was excellent, with a peaceful ambiance that allowed for a restful stay. The room was well-appointed, complete with an Nespresso machine, luxurious bathroom toiletries, and a great bath. The complimentary breakfast, featuring beautiful croissants, was a lovely touch. I can't wait to return and fully enjoy all that this establishment has to offer.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch with a beautiful river view. the food was delicious with generous portions and excellent service. Conveniently located close to a shopping area and easy access to the river walk.

The staircase leading to the rooms was dimly lit and narrow, making it difficult to carry luggage up to the top floor. the bar area was open to non-guests, which led to a crowded and noisy atmosphere, making it difficult to relax.

amazing wedding venue on the riverside. rain didn't dampen the fun thanks to the covered terrace. breakfast was personalized and delicious. exceeded my expectations in every way.

Noisy air conditioning all night.

I was amazed by the quality of the food at this hidden gem. Every dish was bursting with flavor and expertly presented. The piano in the cozy restaurant added a touch of elegance to the meal. Plus, the views of the Thames from the dining area were simply breathtaking! I highly recommend this place for a special dining experience.

Absolutely perfect stay. Glorious Thames view from charming room, divine copper tub, and comfy hypoallergenic bedding. Excellent food, especially the crab risotto. Staff incredibly kind and accommodating.
