The Black Fox was a great value for the money, with a large room and lovely toiletries. The central location was perfect, right around the corner from the Christmas market and close to the car park and city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our first stay with our dog a breeze. The evening meal in the pub was delicious, as was the breakfast spread. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at The Black Fox for 3 nights. The check-in process was easy, and we were delighted with our top floor room that offered stunning views. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with a separate entrance for added convenience. The location was great, with easy access to nearby sites. We appreciated the landlord's responsiveness to noise concerns and had two excellent nights of sleep. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including yogurt pots, cheese pieces, ham, cereals. We also appreciated the eco-friendly practices, such as the large shampoo bottles and the option to not have towels changed unnecessarily. The jar of cookies and bottle of water were nice touches, and we were lucky to enjoy four dry, sunny days in February.

The location was amazing, we were close to all the touristy spots and had easy access to transportation. the complimentary drinks when we arrived were nice, it was a great way to start the New Year's Eve. the breakfast offered was phenomenal, there was a wide variety of options that catered to everyone's taste buds.

The room we were assigned had a tilted floor and the windows rattled every time a car drove by the street. It was difficult to sleep with such a noisy and uncomfortable environment.

The rooms were in good condition with comfortable beds and new bathrooms. The staff, especially Matt and Emily, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was satisfying. The location was convenient and allowed for easy access to shopping areas.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is right in the centre of everything. Being close to the railway station made it easy for us to explore the town. Additionally, the shower water pressure was great and the beds were comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at The Black Fox. The location was very convenient, close to downtown and all amenities. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The large shower with a rainfall head was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a great range of tasty food and drink. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the bustling town. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and always on hand to assist. Lastly, the rooms on the top floor had great facilities despite the narrow stairs up to it. Not to mention, the breakfast was a treat with the option of local smoked salmon with poached eggs.

Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.
