We had a lovely stay at The Black Swan Inn for two nights. The staff were friendly and attentive, remembering small details like my love for a large G&T. The room was spacious, clean, and calming. The pub served excellent quality food, including many gluten-free options. The whole experience was impressive, from the tasteful decoration to the comfortable beds and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel was nicely furnished with a good sized bathroom and a decent sized shower with good water pressure. The breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had regardless of price, and we also had three evening meals, all of which were excellent. The location was also convenient, as it was nicely away from the sleeping area. Plus, the hotel was near the airport, making it easy for us to stay and not have to travel home late after a night's entertainment at the theater and then be away again the next day without the rush hour city traffic as the new bypass is close by.

Stayed overnight and had a wake for my father the next afternoon. Lovely friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, fabulous food. Spotless, comfortable rooms with all the amenities needed. Provided with bottled water, coffee/tea, and biscuits. Rooms also had a fan for hot weather. Small pub with welcoming atmosphere and friendly locals. Restaurant had a great menu at reasonable prices. Staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommend.

They allowed us to preorder our breakfast and even gave us an early morning call to let us know it was ready. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is near a park and close to Norwich airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views from the windows. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast included in the stay is delicious, with a wide selection of options.

Some guests have mentioned that there were issues with the heating in the rooms, making it difficult to control the temperature.
