There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at the nearby Echo Arena. It was just a short walk away, which made our stay even more convenient. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities were a bonus, as well as the sitting area and dining table. The free toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. We also loved having a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and kitchen utensils. It made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them in the comfort of our own room. The television with a flat-screen TV was great for relaxing and catching up on our favorite shows. The combination of carpeted and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the room. the staff, the room amenities, and the convenient location made our stay truly enjoyable.

Construction noise from early morning.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing us to enter the room earlier. The two apartments we booked were clean and well-maintained. The view from our room was stunning, and the location in a peaceful part of Albert Dock was ideal. It was conveniently close to bars and the city center, perfect for exploring.

Balcony had an issue.

Visited Liverpool with friends for a weekend of fun. The Block Liverpool was the perfect spot! Just a short walk from Liverpool 1 and lively bars like Bierkeller. The apartment had a relaxing view of Kings Dock, and the kitchen was clean and well equipped. Even got a two bedroom apartment instead of twin beds, which was a pleasant surprise. Safe car park across the street and plenty of dining options nearby.

Great deep bath and modern kitchen, perfect for a cozy winter night indoors. Location was also brilliant, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of eateries nearby.

The toilet was not well positioned, difficult to reach and poorly designed, making for an uncomfortable experience. The entrance was hard to find and the disinterested receptionist wasn't much help, poor customer service all around.
