The surroundings were absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. the rooms and facilities were top-notch, with clean and stunningly decorated rooms and a fantastic shower in the bathroom. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always polite and ready to assist. the food was another highlight, with incredible meals that were cooked to perfection and offered a variety of options. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and parking were a great bonus!

One minor downside was a missing light bulb in the living area, but it didn't really affect my overall experience. Another disappointment was the lack of paths around the water for walking, which would have been a great addition considering the lovely rural location.

The cozy chalet, tucked away in beautiful grounds that overlook the Broad, provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. the two well-equipped bedrooms, with their comfortable beds and high-quality linen, ensured a restful night's sleep. the mini kitchen was a convenient addition, and the overall design and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. the friendly ducks and rabbits playing outside added an extra touch of charm. Although I didn't have breakfast there, I did indulge in the delicious carvery in the evening, which featured delectable, melt-in-your-mouth meats and fresh, well-cooked vegetables. It truly was one of the best meals I've ever had.

Exceptional customer service, beautiful and clean rooms with stunning views. Varied breakfast selection and delicious burgers and fish and chips for dinner. Quirky and quiet room, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. A nearly new chalet with comfortable beds and friendly ducks and rabbits outside. Superb carvery dinner with fresh vegetables and melt in the mouth meats.

The accommodation at this beautiful lodge was stunning and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts were fantastic and the food was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience at the Boathouse Bed & Breakfast. the staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble. the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the entire establishment was well-maintained and attractive. the food options in the restaurant were varied and delicious, and the breakfast, although at an additional cost, was freshly cooked and tasty. We especially enjoyed the eggs royale and continental options. the Boathouse provided excellent value for money and we are already planning our next visit. Thank you for a lovely break.

The hotel had nice decorations and the staff seemed friendly. It was in a good location close to the city center and public transportation was easily accessible. the food served was decent and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The rooms were small and not very comfortable. Our heating was not working and it was freezing cold outside.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location on the lake was absolutely breathtaking. I loved waking up to the stunning view of the water every morning. The surrounding gardens added to the overall beauty of this place. The service I received from the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and always made sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed having a patio where I could relax and take in the serene surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

The hotel facilities, including the bar and restaurant, were great - the pub even allowed dogs. The views from the restaurant were amazing and the extensive breakfast menu had something for everyone. Parking was also very good.

We got amazing value for our money at the Boathouse! The room was perfect for our family and the view of the broads was absolutely spectacular. The staff were so lovely and made us feel at home. It was such a peaceful and secluded spot.

I recently stayed at the Boathouse for a short weekend getaway in the summer. The managers were exceptional and provided top-notch customer service. The Crowes nest, where we stayed, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Waking up to the stunning lake view was a delightful experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning for another visit.
