I had the most delightful stay at a lovely riverside hotel, conveniently located near Bath. The highlight was definitely the spacious and comfortable room with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast experience was leisurely and enjoyable, with friendly and helpful staff. Despite a couple of minor issues such as broken door stops and a variable water temperature in the shower, it did not dampen my overall satisfaction. The location was perfect, with easy access to main roads leading to Bath, Bristol, and the surrounding region. The food at the bar and restaurant was delicious, and the atmosphere was excellent. All in all, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic short break.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit to the Jane Austen festival. We enjoyed being next to the canal and having a view of the river from the sun terrace. The room was comfortable and had a fan, which was perfect for the hot weather. We also appreciated the live webcam streaming on the TV screensaver, allowing us to watch the boaters and waterfowl. The bed provided a restful night's sleep. The restaurant served the best fish and chips we've ever had, and the riverside walking path was a lovely addition.

The staff communication was lacking, as our emails and phone calls went unanswered until the third attempt.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious meals at affordable prices, and the breakfast was great. The hotel's location was perfect, with a park and ride just down the road and a beautiful canalside walk nearby. We loved the peaceful and quiet ambience of the area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning, with a balcony that overlooked the river Avon. The view was breathtaking, especially in the September sunshine. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy a drink outside on the balcony before heading down for dinner. The location of the hotel, by the park and with a sun terrace right by the river, was perfect. The atmosphere was so peaceful, watching the rowers, narrowboats, fishermen, and wildlife. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive during my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. it was a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
