The breakfast served in the lovely conservatory overlooking the water is delicious, with a nice selection to choose from.

The lift not being in working condition can be quite inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility issues.

The location was perfect, with easy access to main roads leading to Bath, Bristol, and the surrounding region. The food at the bar and restaurant was delicious, and the atmosphere was excellent. All in all, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic short break.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit to the Jane Austen festival. We enjoyed being next to the canal and having a view of the river from the sun terrace. The room was comfortable and had a fan, which was perfect for the hot weather. We also appreciated the live webcam streaming on the TV screensaver, allowing us to watch the boaters and waterfowl. The bed provided a restful night's sleep. The restaurant served the best fish and chips we've ever had, and the riverside walking path was a lovely addition.

The staff communication was lacking, as our emails and phone calls went unanswered until the third attempt.

The atmosphere was so peaceful, watching the rowers, narrowboats, fishermen, and wildlife. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive during my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. it was a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
