The Boathouse in Kilsyth was a perfect stay from start to finish. Friendly and welcoming staff, stunning location, spacious and clean rooms, delicious food.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and modern amenities. The hotel facilities included a spacious dining area with a lovely view of the canal, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Transportation was convenient, with Croy train station located nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our stay.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel and had an amazing time. The service, food, room, and staff were top-notch! There was one young waitress in particular, Chloe. Despite it being her first wedding party, Chloe was attentive to everyone's needs and made sure that everything ran smoothly. She truly was a credit to the place. The location and accommodations were ideal for our needs, and we will definitely be visiting again. we highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion or leisure stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Boathouse and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, right by the Forth and Clyde canal, offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills. We enjoyed walking along the canal and sitting outside, sipping coffee with friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant food was excellent, with a wide selection and delicious flavors. we highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was situated next to a canal and had a lovely view of boats. Despite being close to a pub, we didn't hear any noise. The staff were attentive and helped us with our luggage when we were waiting for a taxi.

I've stayed at the Boathouse lots of times and the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the price is great. The breakfast is fantastic and in lovely surroundings with Glasgow and motorways not too far away for travel further North or South. Free wifi in all the rooms and the pub is also good. Our room was gorgeous, the bed lovely and comfy, the breakfast amazing, and the staff were amazing! They were so helpful and friendly. The location is terrific with fabulous views. Nice touch that fresh milk was given both days and lovely shortbread biscuits.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for such a lovely establishment. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the basic amenities provided to the well-equipped rooms on level 1. The hotel's location was another standout feature, with its stunning views overlooking the boats in the area. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Great location near our desired area. Room was peaceful and had good WIFI. the restaurant was nice and had lovely decor.

The bathroom had an overbath shower, which was a bit slippery without any safety handles. the toilet seats were loose and the lock fell out of the door.

loved the quiet room, friendly staff, and easy access to Edinburgh and Glasgow from Croy train station. Clean bathroom, tasty breakfast, and beautiful views of ducks and boats. Enjoyed the nearby footpaths and cycleways. The restaurant was popular. Would happily stay here again.
