the boathouse villa in kingsbridge exceeded our expectations! the clean property had a great view of the water from the balcony, comfy bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. the location and views were superb, with a nearby pub and easy access to salcombe and south milton beaches. our kids even had a paddle lesson while we watched from the balcony. can't wait to go back!

My recent stay at the Boathouse Villa was absolutely amazing. The location right on the quay provided stunning views of the estuary, no matter the weather. The property itself was modern, clean, and furnished to a high standard. I especially loved the quirky wall art and the comfortable beds with high-quality linens. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the activities on the river.

The Boathouse Villa is like a 5-star hotel with added privacy. The spacious rooms boast stunning views of the estuary, and the deck overlooks the water, allowing for a relaxing experience just one meter from the water. A walkway beside the Boathouse leads directly into the town center, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The proximity of a nearby Pub/Restaurant, including breakfast service, is an added bonus. The property is fabulous, with a warm welcome from Amanda upon arrival. The balcony area is particularly impressive, providing a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while observing the activities on the river.

The property was beautifully decorated with lovely touches like a music speaker and healthy grill. The location was ideal, with shops and the boat ferry to Salcombe within a 10-minute walk. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. The two bathrooms were convenient for two couples or elderly guests.

Felt like a fairy tale, no reason to complain.
