We got great value for our money with a clean and well-equipped room, accompanied by a delicious and generous breakfast. The location was gorgeous, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide helpful recommendations for local places to eat.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hexham. The location was perfect for me as it was a short drive to the start of the Dirty Reiver event. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and courteous when I had some inquiries. The hotel had decent sized bathrooms with good showers. The food at the hotel was excellent and the staff members were great. The camping site was also great for families and pets. The area surrounding the hotel was very good.

Spent Easter break here with my partner and our dog, and had an enjoyable stay overall. the location was perfect for our trip, with plenty of outdoor activities to do nearby. the breakfast each morning was amazing, and the restaurant offered delicious meals throughout the day. We also appreciated their pet-friendly policy, and our furry friend loved playing in the outdoor facilities.

The service could use some improvement. We also had some issues with the room, as the toilet was not functioning properly and the beds were not the most comfortable.

The apartment at The Boe Rigg was cosy and perfect for a family. It had a fully fitted kitchen, comfy beds, and a seating area with a TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a pack-up breakfast for us. The location was beautiful and ideal for outdoor activities like walks and visits to cultural sites like Hadrian's Wall.

The WiFi at the apartment required signing into a Sky account, which was a bit inconvenient.

The nearby town of Bellingham was convenient for any necessities we needed. Despite a minor issue with the shower door, the managers were quick to fix it and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Plus, we were thrilled to be able to bring our small dog along. The only small drawback was that the windows could open very wide, which meant constantly keeping an eye on our furry friend. But overall, I highly recommend Boe Rigg Bed & Breakfast for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Had an amazing New Year break in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. the apartments were spacious and cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay. the staff and locals were incredibly friendly and the food was excellent. the underfloor heating in the room was efficient and there was a good fan provided to cool down. the en suite was well designed and spacious.

The lack of windows in the room was a downside, as it made the room feel a bit stuffy. the underfloor heating couldn't be controlled, so the room got quite hot at night.

We stayed at Boe Rigg Bed & Breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional accommodation and friendly staff. the location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding area. Our dog was warmly welcomed and there were plenty of fantastic walks nearby. the on-site restaurant offered a varied menu, and we were so impressed with the quality of the food that we dined there both evenings. We highly recommend trying their special burger, but their pepper & salt cod with rice and fish and chips were also delicious. the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us, even helping us out with a car issue. the proximity to the largest man-made lake in Europe was a huge bonus, offering beautiful walks similar to Lake Tahoe in Nevada/California. the whole area was delightfully dog-friendly, and we can't wait to return.
