The Bondgate Boutique in Alnwick was a pleasant and clean room, well-furnished with good facilities. The location was excellent, with easy access to Alnwick gardens and castle. The town itself was full of character, with charming shops and beautiful buildings. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The room had nice touches like chocolates and sweets as a welcome gift.

The service at this place was excellent, with the staff being very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-presented, with nice touches like biscuits, sweets, and fresh milk. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay, such as tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, as it is conveniently located just outside the castle wall.

The hotel is ideally located in the town centre, with plenty of dining options within walking distance and a pub right next door. The rooms are comfortable, with quality linens and towels, a well-positioned dressing table, and a flatscreen TV. Fresh milk is provided in the fridge if needed. The hotel also offers secure parking at the adjacent pub.

The ground floor room lacks privacy from the main road and doesn't have the option to open windows for fresh air. The bathroom is modern but narrow, and the water flow can be noisy.

One of the best aspects was that the bed was amazingly comfortable, which gave us the perfect environment for a good night's sleep.

Our only issue with the hotel was the noise from the busy road that could be heard in our room. Although the owners provided earplugs for this issue, it was still a bit of a hassle.
