We were impressed by the superb breakfast and the staff's attention to gluten-free dietary requirements. the location, situated perfectly on the coast, allowed for easy access to first-class golf courses and nearby towns like Edinburgh. We also loved the beautiful garden and the delightful hot chocolate served in the evening. the staff truly went above and beyond, making my wife's birthday a memorable and enjoyable experience. They were professional, efficient, polite, and friendly, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for their outstanding service.

We had a great stay at Bonnie Badger! the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially towards our dog. the dog-friendly room had a beautiful private garden, and our furry friend was allowed in all areas without any fuss. the room itself was fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. the surrounding area was perfect for walking, and we can't wait to go back.

The hotel offered a fantastic location for a quiet city break, away from the bustle of a typical city centre. the staff were welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our dietary requirements. We particularly enjoyed the vegan breakfast options, such as the delicious granola. the hotel's attention to detail was impressive with great toiletries provided in the room.

During peak periods it may be difficult to find parking in the immediate area. the music played in the dining area during meals could be quite repetitive and could benefit from being more relaxing.

We arrived at the hotel and were immediately impressed by the location. It was nestled in a beautiful garden outside a stunning old pub that had been rejuvenated to a very high standard. The atmosphere was so welcoming, especially with the cozy fire next to a piece of furniture housing the cutlery and order inputting system. The room we stayed in was comfortable and nicely designed, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The lighting in the dining room during the evening wasn't great, which made it difficult to create a warm atmosphere.

The location advantages were fantastic, with easy access to beautiful beaches and stunning garden areas, perfect for a leisurely stroll or enjoying live entertainment. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was a lack of BBQ facilities. Despite this, the superb packed lunches and special diet menus made up for it. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it for its excellent service, exclusive perks, and stunning location.

the bonnie badger in gullane exceeded our expectations during this strolling around. the garden rooms were exceptional and the cuisine, guided by tom kitchen, was simply divine. the staff were lovely and genuinely enjoyed working there. we can't wait to go back!
