I was delighted with the service provided by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room I stayed in, although not overly spacious, had been recently renovated and offered a lovely view of Derwent Water. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a luxurious bathroom and all the necessary room facilities. Furthermore, the on-site dining options were exceptional, and the breakfast room had a delightful atmosphere. my experience at this venue was truly memorable, and I highly recommend it for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was luxurious. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the nice sitting rooms, lovely conservatory, and pretty gardens for sitting out. The location was perfect for exploring the Western lake area, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the small garden with a G&T after a walk around Derwentwater. The staff, especially Tina and Imre, were outstanding, always polite and affable, and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was especially nice.

This place is a wonderful hotel for a weekend break. The location in the lovely Borrowdale valley by the beautiful lake is absolutely breathtaking. The gardens here are well maintained, especially the Magnolia Tree in full bloom. I had the pleasure of sitting outside and enjoying complimentary afternoon tea in the sunshine. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with attentive and friendly colleagues. I was particularly impressed by how they made a fuss over my little puppy, Tilly. The room I stayed in had a fabulous view of the lake, and the amenities provided were excellent, including ironing facilities, a hair dryer, and free toiletries. The dining experience at the restaurant was delightful, with a selection of good wines to complement the menu. I had a super experience here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Keswick. The staff, especially Junelle and Kim on reception, were amazing and always willing to help. The serving staff, a tall blonde young man and dark-haired female, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The conservatory was a lovely place to dine, offering a more relaxing atmosphere than the restaurant. The food, both at breakfast and dinner, was delicious and filling, with a choice of menu in the conservatory. a lovely stay!
