boundary bed & breakfast in scarborough was even better than our previous stay. the hosts were fantastic, the room was comfy, and the view of the cricket ground from the balcony was amazing. can't wait to come back next year!

We had the most delightful stay at this charming B&B. The location was perfect, just steps away from the seafront with breathtaking views. We also discovered a lovely little restaurant called Watermark, where we enjoyed a delicious meal overlooking the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of choices cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, with the owners going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Truly a great experience.

One minor issue we encountered was the limited water pressure at times, but it didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated so nicely by the owners. Our bedroom on the second floor was clean and cozy with coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom with a good shower was a plus. The hotel is conveniently located near the cricket ground, outdoor theatre, park, and beach. The included breakfast was amazing with a variety of options including a vegetarian English breakfast. Steve and Kate were wonderful hosts, and Jack, the dog, was adorable. The view from the balcony overlooking the cricket ground was stunning. Can't wait to go back next year.

My stay at the Boundary Bed & Breakfast was made memorable by the warm hospitality of Kate and Steve. When I needed a bus timetable, Steve went out of his way to print one for me. Plus, Kate kindly suggested that I could leave my luggage in the room before my departure. The breathtaking view of the cricket ground from my room was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly hosts and fantastic service.

Secondly, the rooms were immaculate and the comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. Lastly, the location on the north cliff offered stunning views, especially from the balcony. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and reasonably priced. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Boundary B&B for a friend's wedding, and it was a delightful experience. The owners were friendly, chatty, and made us feel incredibly welcome. They even surprised us with champagne and homemade buns upon our last-minute request. From the spotlessly clean and tidy rooms, equipped with basic amenities like a comfortable bed, TV, and complimentary toiletries, to the licensed well-stocked bar that provides a perfect spot to unwind. Lastly, the hotel's location on the north cliff, with its terrace overlooking the cricket ground, offers a unique and enjoyable experience for cricket enthusiasts.
