The B&B was accommodating with a ground floor room and close parking. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was functional. The breakfast had a variety of options and the hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff, John and Mei, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and tidy. The arrival and check-in process was simple, and the room size and storage were perfect for a longer stay. The kettle, tea, and coffee facilities were well stocked and refilled promptly upon request.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel just off the seafront on the north shore. The location was perfect, with trams and buses easily accessible at the top of the street. It was a bit far to walk to the center, but getting around was a breeze. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of storage for a longer visit. I loved the attention to detail, like the curtains being kept closed for privacy. And the breakfast.so delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better start to the day.

Had a great time at a hotel during the Christmas festivities! The hosts were very polite and accommodating. The rooms were clean with plenty of pillows, blankets and heaters/fans. Located close to the beach with easy access to two local tram stops. The hotel has an indoor bar area, breakfast room, and outdoor seating. Breakfast was of high quality with prompt service. It was a great advantage to have a store nearby for convenience.

The decor of the hotel was somewhat outdated and needed some improvement. Some parts of the hotel appeared to be neglected with some carpets and lino being dirty.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Parking can be tricky as there is only street parking available.

The hotel's excellent value for money and affordable prices allowed me to have a great break without breaking the bank. The staff provided wonderful service, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The basic amenities provided in the clean and comfortable rooms were exactly what I needed, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the curtains closed for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the location was perfect, with the promenade just a stone's throw away and the tram stop "The Cliffs" conveniently situated at the top of the street.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely guest house called Brooklands. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. The location was great, just off the seafront and within walking distance of the tower and pier. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a powerful hot shower. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly. I would definitely stay at Brooklands again.
