I had a delightful stay at the Burgoyne. The room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the dales. The food was exceptional, especially the five-course Christmas lunch. The staff went above and beyond to make our Christmas Day special. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities, including the lounge area and dining room, are inviting and well-maintained. The breakfast served is delicious, particularly the full English breakfast.

The hotel is like a charming small country house with friendly staff and excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked tea tray. The bed was turned down and the tea tray cleaned before bed. Fresh milk was available upon request. The breakfast menu was extensive and customizable. The evening meal was beautiful and delicious. Our dog was also made welcome.

The hotel's dog policy was not conducive to all guests as some were assigned rooms located next to guests who brought their pets. the shared bathroom accommodations were not entirely private, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.
