The hotel was easy to find and access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with a super-snuggly duvet and pillows. The breakfast was great, especially the Lowestoft kippers.

Creaky bed.

The hotel was located in a great spot for exploring the local wildlife park and was also near to some lovely green areas which were perfect for a morning stroll. the bed and linen were some of the comfiest I've experienced in a hotel, making for a great night's sleep. the receptionist was really helpful and made check-in a breeze.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. the selection and quality of the food weren't up to the standard I was expecting for the price paid.

After a long journey, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, instantly putting me at ease. As someone with a spinal complaint, I was delighted to be given a comfortable ground floor room early so that I could rest. The wheelchair access was good, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I haven't had the chance to try the breakfast yet, but based on my experience so far, I have high expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for its pleasantness and excellent service.

The staff at Carlton Manor, led by Kerry, make you feel very welcome. I frequently travel to this area for business and have tried other hotels nearby, but Carlton Manor is always my first choice. the rooms are comfortable, the food is good, and the fact that I can charge my hybrid car is a definite bonus. the staff are friendly and considerate, especially towards older visitors. the bar food is decent, with fair prices, and the breakfasts are great, especially if you enjoy fish. the hotel has good wifi throughout the building and easy access with plenty of parking. the gardens are also a nice touch. Carlton Manor provides a pleasant and enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.
