However, despite the outdated decor, the room itself was comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy and the bathroom had a spacious bath. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the owners going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast exceeded expectations, with options like a delicious English breakfast and a beautifully presented homemade granola. the location of the hotel in a lovely area allowed for a peaceful and quiet stay.

From the warm welcome and genuine smiles to the impeccable cleanliness and little extras provided, the Case Restaurant With Rooms exceeded all expectations. The ambiance and quality of the place were exceptional, and I can't wait to go back for a longer stay. The breakfast was wonderful, with delicious homemade bread and fresh orange juice. The variety of food options for both breakfast and dinner was impressive, and the hosts, Linda and Barry, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is definitely the best B&B I have ever stayed in.

We loved our stay at this hotel in Sudbury! The rooms were superbly appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the comfortable bedding and fluffy towels made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a large car park and a spacious conservatory where we enjoyed drinks. The location was also convenient for us as we were visiting the Sudbury area for the first time. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of meals and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff, especially the lady owner, were very attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The highlight of our stay was the evening meal on the 23rd of December. The cozy atmosphere with a roaring fire, delicious home cooked food, and the friendly service from Linda and Barry made us feel like part of the family. It's clear to see why this establishment has been running for over 30 years. Our premium room had a private terrace overlooking the beautiful lawn and fields, where we even spotted hares chasing each other. Barry's breakfasts and dinners were excellent, using local produce and cooked to perfection. Linda was also lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Case Restaurant With Rooms for a delightful and relaxing experience in Essex.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a charming restaurant with rooms. We were delighted with the upgrade to the jacuzzi room, which was clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the delicious home-cooked meal we enjoyed in the evening. The roaring fire created a cozy atmosphere, and the friendly service from Linda and Barry made us feel like part of the family. The food, all homemade by Barry, was truly amazing, with huge portions and a laid-back attitude. Linda took care of our every need, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to the great room and food, there were thoughtful amenities such as proper coffee, fresh milk, and fast Wi-Fi.

The peaceful ambiance on the property was a great place to relax. The cabin-like accommodation at the rear of the property was clean, with well-laundered white towels and free toiletries. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The breakfasts were delicious, with well-cooked and beautifully presented dishes. The homemade granola was a standout, the best we've ever tasted.

The carpets in the bedroom could do with updating, but it didn't detract from the overall comfort of the room, bathroom, bed, and patio. Having to leave was the only downside, but we're already looking forward to returning.

The value for money at Case Restaurant With Rooms was exceptional, with superbly appointed rooms and great facilities. The location was peaceful and the staff, led by the lovely Linda, were attentive and made me feel very welcome.

The morning meal could have been improved with better towels that were free from makeup marks and not damp.
