The Castle Inn was a fabulous village inn located within the picturesque village of Snape. the staff at the inn were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with our elderly mothers. the breakfast provided was of exceptional quality and the portions were generous. Our dog was also made to feel welcome with a sausage treat every morning. the location was perfect, set in a beautiful village, and the accommodation met all our needs. the bar and restaurant in the inn were superb for dinner and breakfast. we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return in the future.

Our one night stay was made exceptional by the wonderful staff and the delicious food. the rooms were clean and comfortable with added touches like chocolates and umbrellas for rainy weather. the location was conveniently situated between two breweries and close to a railway. the breakfast was simply brilliant with a variety of options including specialty egg dishes. Being a dog-friendly hotel was also a plus.

While our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues that could use improvement. Some staff needed more training and bathrooms could benefit from updating.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at the inn are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Breakfast is a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The TV in the room is in need of an update.

I recently stayed at The Castle Arms in a quiet pretty village for a 3-day getaway. The breakfast was excellent, and the evening meals were adequate. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The interior had a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable chairs to relax in. The staff provided marvelous service, accommodating our group of 6 people and 4 dogs with late suppers, early breakfasts, and directions. a clean, warm, and comfortable stay with superb food and a fantastic greeting.

This hotel is situated in a lovely little village which has lots of history. The pretty village location adds to the charm of the hotel. It is nicely tucked away in a secluded courtyard behind the pub, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with access to a secluded garden. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided and that guests have a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day.
