We had a fantastic stay at this charming inn. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Castle Inn were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, even offering their own parking space and bringing dinner to our room. the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, and the spacious bathroom with heated towel racks was a lovely bonus. the inn's beautiful decor created a homely and inviting atmosphere, and its location within walking distance of the center of Bradford on Avon allowed us to easily explore the sights.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! The staff here were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location at the top of quite a long busy steep hill up from the town centre provided stunning views over the town towards the hills. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus for staying connected. The breakfast served here was superb, with a good choice of cooked options. This venue really exceeded my expectations and I couldn't recommend it enough to friends.

Well located for walks by the canal/river. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and provide great customer care. Lovely atmosphere in the bar, nice food and drinks. Excellent breakfast and superb room. Always enjoy our stay.

We recently stayed at The Castle Inn for one night and had a wonderful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linen was crisp and fresh. We loved the fact that the windows could be opened, allowing us to enjoy the nice views. The shower-room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries provided were exquisite. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering to free up a parking space for us. Additionally, the pub had a cosy atmosphere with a lovely log fire, and the evening meals were delicious and reasonably priced.

Totally recommend this hotel.

our stay at the castle inn exceeded all expectations. after our previous stay in bath, we were blown away by the comfortable bed, spacious ensuite, and fabulous shower. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food faultless. we especially loved the welcoming pub downstairs with its cozy atmosphere and log fire. definitely a place we would stay at again.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim.

Charming Atmosphere and Wonderful Service

We decided to stay just outside of Bath on our recent trip and chose Bradford on Avon. The Castle Inn was our choice and it turned out to be a lovely place to stay. The room was incredibly comfortable and we were impressed by the size of the bathroom. Despite being located near a crossing, the traffic noise didn't bother us at all. The inn had a wonderful inviting and relaxing atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly loved the delicious food at the pub and the breakfast options were fantastic. The comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom were definite highlights. We had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

With a great location near key attractions, we were able to easily explore the area. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and comfortable accommodations.

The parking situation was a bit challenging, as there were limited spaces available. we found the noise levels to be a bit high, particularly in the evenings.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the roundabout, making it easy to access. It is just a short walk down to the town centre, although there is a fairly steep hill to navigate. The hotel is also very near to the lovely village of Lacock. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with a choice of full English breakfast or lighter options like yogurt with granola.

While the hotel itself is wonderful, some guests mentioned that the food was not up to par, with one reviewer specifically mentioning a disappointing fish pie.

We also loved the warm welcome we received upon arrival and the comfortable rooms provided. the hotel had thought of everything, with nice toiletries and large bath towels. the view from our room was breathtaking and the breakfast was great.

One downside of staying at this hotel was that it can get quite noisy, especially during peak times. the hotel is very popular, so it was packed even on a Monday.
