Value for money was fair, considering the small but cozy room at Castle Inn. The location, right in the middle of the village, offered a peaceful and picturesque experience. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better.

The breakfast experience could be improved by streamlining the order taking process to ensure everything arrives hot and together.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in a picturesque Cotswold village. The location was perfect, right in the center of this charming town. The service was exceptional, with the friendly staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to every detail. We appreciated the ironing facilities, as well as the comfortable sitting area where we could relax after a day of exploring. The terrace with its garden furniture was a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The room also featured a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, adding to our convenience and comfort.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed at The Castle Inn for my wife's 60th birthday celebration. The traditional building was lovely and the room had great facilities, including coffee and tea. The staff surprised us with a bottle of prosecco, making my wife's day extra special. The restaurant served excellent food and the village, though possibly busy during the day, was peaceful in the evening.

I had an amazing stay at the Castle Inn in a room with a four poster bed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a large, well-equipped bathroom. The inn itself is a beautiful, old building located in a charming village. The bar area with its open fire was cozy and the food in the evening was excellent. The breakfast, with its emphasis on local produce, was very good. The location of the inn, right in the middle of the village, was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Everything was spot on.

Our thanksgiving experience at this hotel was not as pleasant as we expected. However, we liked the fact that the hotel staff was nice when we arrived and offered to help us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also perfect as it allowed us to explore the local area with ease. we enjoyed the breakfast served at the hotel.

There were more things we didn't like about the hotel. the service at the restaurant was slow, and we had to wait more than an hour for our main courses to arrive.

my recent stay in castle combe was surpassed by the castle inn. the location, food, and friendly staff made for a perfect experience. the village itself is charming, with beautiful walks and ample parking nearby. looking forward to visiting again.

We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, surrounded by the beautiful garden furniture.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with adjacent rooms as requested. the inn and village were not crowded during our visit in March, allowing us to enjoy peaceful walks in the beautiful hills above. the pub food served was of good quality and satisfying.

The rooms had low ceilings and beams, which added character but required careful navigation. the lack of wifi was inconvenient, especially for travelers who rely on internet access.
