The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. the rooms are spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything you could need, like a microwave, fridge, and toaster for your convenience. the location is fantastic for exploring the local woods and nearby attractions. the cozy pub nearby has excellent staff serving up tasty drinks and making sure you're having a great time. I'll definitely be staying here again for sure!

One small thing that could be improved is having a lamp by the bed for easier lighting control instead of relying on the main ceiling light. the vertical blinds were a bit tricky to open, it would've been nice if they were easier to use for more natural light in the room.

Castle Lodge is my go-to place in Crosskeys. I stay here always for city trips. Staff found my lost jewel once, which made me remember. Free Wi-Fi, Parking, Bar, Restaurant, TV, Kettle. Comfort guaranteed.

As a contractor and mountain biker, I found Castle Lodge in Crosskeys to be an excellent base with easy access to main roads and fantastic trails in the forest behind the property. The Thai restaurant attached to the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the pub offered reasonably priced beers. The host went above and beyond by leaving us enough food for breakfast and lunches, which was a delightful surprise. The spacious and well-appointed chalet felt luxurious, with fresh-smelling linens and spotless cleanliness. The bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying sunny days. a great experience.

Lovely lady greeted me at the property, very friendly. the chalet was like a cozy, secluded hideaway with all the comforts of home. the self-contained accommodation felt like my own little kingdom, complete with a royal feast of complimentary breakfast treats and toiletries. It was a delightful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Cons: Limited on-site parking.

Lovely place, if Wifi and TV was better would stay again

We had a wonderful time at Castle Lodge. The spacious chalet was fully equipped with a well-stocked kitchen, and the breathtaking view of the mountains from our room was simply amazing. Despite some issues with the Wifi and TV reception, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and overall cleanliness of the chalet were impressive. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the extra touches like providing food and drink for us to enjoy were greatly appreciated. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

the owners, Tim and Helen, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very quiet. the surrounding area was stunningly beautiful and the locals were friendly. the lodge was well-stocked with all the essentials and even had some extra touches. I can't wait to return and stay at this wonderful lodge again.
