Just stayed in a hotel on the main square in Richmond. LOVED the modern rooms & comfy bed. Breakfast was perfect for our needs. Would choose this place again! Better than photos.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had great facilities. The staff were welcoming, helpful and eager to ensure our happiness. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Nothing, it was perfect.

the room facilities surpassed many 4 hotels. the breakfast, cooked to order, was a delightful touch. We enjoyed the evening meal and cozy ambiance. Despite the minor shower pressure, we look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a tourist, I loved the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of hot options and plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and spacious, albeit in need of some updating. The new Managers made us feel very welcome and ensured we were well taken care of. The location of the pub is great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room decorations were pleasing, and the bathroom was huge. The welcome tray with tea, coffee, bottled water, and biscuits was a nice touch. There was no noise disturbance from the pub downstairs. The pub menu had a good variety and offered good value for money. The food was well-cooked and presented. The customer service, especially from Shannon, was excellent. The large, airy room was comfortable, and the parking outside was convenient. it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Richmond.

Great central location, spacious and comfy room with little noise. Lovely hosts, excellent meals. Well equipped and clean rooms, good insulation. Friendly and helpful managers, nice breakfast. Live music on Saturdays.
