We had a magical experience from the moment we walked through the door. The reception was simple, classy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. We loved the Celtic culture and the way everyone in the hotel staff made us feel comfortable. The hotel grounds and facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The staff across all services were friendly, professional, and helpful. The overall service and ambience were excellent.

As a disabled guest, I felt secure with the availability of secure parking for my motorcycle. The bar area served delicious food and drinks, and the gym had all the necessary equipment. The pool was also accessible for disabled guests, offering a relaxing experience.

After a long day of exploring, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room. The recently updated bathroom added a touch of luxury to my stay. Although the manor house section required a short walk to the main areas, the convenience of the lifts and escalators made it a minor inconvenience. The bar area provides a relaxed atmosphere, and during happy hour, you can enjoy your favorite drinks at your own pace. The Olive Tree restaurant, although buffet style, offers a wide variety of dishes, which may remind some of a cheap 2 * package holiday resort. The resort mini buses are a convenient mode of transportation, allowing you to easily explore the area and make the most of your stay.

Some staff members at the front desk seemed a bit off-hand, which can be frustrating when trying to resolve any issues or mix-ups.
