The hotel is in the perfect location, right near the town centre and just a short walk to all the bars, shops, and the theatre. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms that had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the host was welcoming and informative, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. the hotel offered parking facilities, which was convenient for us.

The downstairs area and bar could use some updating, and it was a bit disappointing that the bar wasn't open during our stay.

We were impressed with the facilities, friendly staff, and great location. Owner even accommodated special dietary requests. Excellent full English breakfast with plenty of other choices. Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds and ample storage. Good parking.

We had a delightful stay at Chalfonts in Skegness. the lovely and clean bedrooms exceeded our expectations. the breakfasts were delicious and there was always plenty of milk for coffee in the room. the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We were also pleased with the convenient location, especially as we didn't have our own transportation. it was a great experience and we thank the hosts for their excellent hospitality.

The hotel had a convenient on-site bar for those who didn't want to go out. The breakfasts were excellent, catering to everyone's taste. The staff were kind and very helpful.

They have all the basic amenities you need, and the attention to detail is impressive. The breakfast options, including vegetarian choices, are amazing and can be pre-ordered, ensuring you start the day off right.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the excellent hosts and their warm welcome. They provided comprehensive information about the hotel and its surroundings, which was very helpful. Additionally, the room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a gorgeous bathroom with dressing gowns and slippers. the superior double room was very comfortable and had ample space for our belongings.

We were disappointed to find that the bar was closed during our stay. We believe that the owners could have made more effort, considering the dining room was open.

The ensuite bathroom was fabulous, spacious and luxurious with fluffy dressing gowns and slippers. The breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of options. The hosts Mac and Mandy were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient to the beach.
