From the spotless and well-equipped rooms to the complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits replenished daily, every aspect of our stay was carefully thought out. The staff's friendly service and the exceptional cooked breakfast tailored to our individual needs made our mornings delightful. The hotel's location was very good, only a ten-minute walk into town, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The location of our room on the top floor was a bit challenging for tired legs and small children.

The stylish and modern bedroom at Chesterfield, Torquay Bed & Breakfast was perfect for our solo female stay. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The tea stand was well-stocked with delicious fruit teas, biscuits, and fresh ground coffee. The hot power shower provided a refreshing start to the day. The breakfast was great, and the new owners were welcoming and friendly. The location was safe and convenient, just a short walk to the seafront. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I was really impressed with several aspects. the hotel's attention to detail was spot on. They provided all the basic amenities that I needed, and everything was easily accessible in the rooms. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal. Although it was uphill from the seafront, it was still within walking distance, which made it convenient for exploring the area. Lastly, I must mention the friendly and helpful staff. They provided excellent service throughout my stay and made me feel welcome.

Chesterfield, Room Only Guest House was fantastic! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on, and the room size was perfect for two people. The shower had amazing water pressure, and the location was great - just a 2-minute walk to the marina. While we didn't have breakfast at the guest house, we enjoyed amazing breakfasts with breathtaking views at different places on the marina. a great place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was bright, spacious, and had a really good bathroom. The hotel provided little extra touches like a cafeteria in the room, tea and instant coffee, and a cake in the afternoon. The breakfast was excellent, with a range of options including fruit, cereal, toast, and a delicious full English breakfast. The hosts were extremely pleasant and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with free parking available nearby and close proximity to the city center.

amazing hosts, Terrie and Wayne, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their breakfast is truly the best in Devon. The king suite was spacious and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like board games for the kids. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, harbour, and shops. Definitely coming back!

Stairs were a challenge.

I recently had a lovely city break and the B&B where I stayed was exceptional! The owners, Carol and Mark, were very welcoming and made me feel at ease from the minute I arrived. They were very helpful, even carrying my suitcase to my room. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and very close to the marina. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean and offered great value for money.

I can't really think of anything negative to say about this B&B. Maybe the wardrobe in the room was a bit small, but it didn't really bother me.
