The views from the accommodation were absolutely breathtaking, especially during Christmas time. It was truly a magical experience to wake up and see the beautiful landscape covered in snow. The secluded location added to the charm and made it feel like a cozy winter getaway. Another great aspect was the high-quality interior design, with beautiful artwork and a mix of industrial and shabby chic styles.

The access road to the property was quite challenging, especially during the winter season. It was steep and narrow, which made it difficult to navigate.

I recently stayed at The Chicken Shed for a weekend getaway and despite the weather obstructing the views, it was still an incredible stay. The cozy and comfortable atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the bath in the bedroom was a luxurious treat. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the coffee machine made delicious coffee. The owner, Irene, even offered to bring over provisions due to the bad weather, showcasing her thoughtfulness. I can't wait to return and enjoy the terrace and meet the resident cats next time.

I've waited 3 years to book The Chicken Shed for my birthday and it did not disappoint. It's absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. After a busy few months at work, we wanted somewhere to switch off and relax. The accommodation is spotless, with everything you could possibly want. Very HYGGE indeed. We will be back!
