I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming greeting upon my arrival. This place is located in a lovely area within close proximity to all of the attractions that the city centre has to offer. The service room service was excellent and the room amenities included everything I needed, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. Additionally, the restaurant had an extensive menu with a variety of special diet options to choose from.

Families may enjoy this venue as it has a fantastic leisure garden area, a leisure/ tv room with Wi-Fi, and board games to keep everyone entertained. However, the manager seems to be managed poorly, as they were not able to help me with a small issue and said it needed to be put in writing to be passed on to the general manager.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, superb food. Spacious breakfast room, efficient service. Clean, functional room and en-suite. Great location, authentic theme. Can't wait to re-visit.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this beautiful hotel! the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They offered us complimentary drinks and cookies upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the location was perfect, only a short walk away from all the festive markets and shops. the best aspect was the stunning Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt so Christmassy and cosy!

Our room was right beside a train track which could be quite noisy at night. the room was quite small and there was limited storage space.
