I recently stayed at The Churchill in Royal Wootton Bassett for a family funeral. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. The accommodation itself was excellent, with comfortable and well-designed rooms. I also appreciated the ample parking, including disabled spots, and the nearby pub was a great bonus. it was a great stay.

Stayed at this hotel for a cycling weekend and it served as an excellent base. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The free WiFi, large TV, and additional seating area were a nice bonus. The staff were helpful, polite, and cheerful, both in the hotel and the pub next door. The location was great for exploring Bath and Longleat, just under an hour away by car. a fantastic stay that we would definitely repeat.

The modern annexe was a positive aspect of my stay, offering a clean and spacious room with a pleasant view of the fields behind. The friendly staff were also a highlight, providing excellent service throughout. the food at the nearby pub was both tasty and reasonably priced, offering good value for both dinner and breakfast.

There were a few aspects that left me disappointed during my stay. the over-bath shower was poorly designed, lacking pressure and making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient as it was situated just off the motorway, making it easy to access. the breakfast offered was excellent, cooked to order and accommodating allergies, which was a pleasant surprise.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The bathroom door couldn't close at all, which was quite inconvenient.

Straight off the motorway, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a hairdryer that actually does the job. The walk-in shower en-suite is a bonus, and the comfortable bed and pillows ensure a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is convenient, with easy access to Marlborough, Avebury, and the Cotswolds. The breakfast is freshly cooked with lots of choice and efficient, polite staff.

All was satisfactory; no improvement needed.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Deborah, went out of her way to make sure our room and beds were made up as we wanted. The pub next door was great with brilliant staff, especially Millie. The room was very clean and had comfortable beds with soft sheets. The TV was a great size and there were plenty of tea and coffee facilities. The location was very convenient, being close to the pub with good food and also near to an event we were attending the following day.

The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, with modern facilities such as a large TV, tea/coffee facilities, and an iron and ironing board. The staff are helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of choices and efficient, polite staff.

Some guests mentioned that the air conditioning control was difficult to adjust, causing discomfort during the night.

Room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great for exploring nearby areas such as Newbury and Cotswold. Our hotel was not too far from Warner Bros Studios, which was a plus. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, it was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not up to par, the bacon was overcooked and dry and the scrambled eggs were lacking in flavor. It would have been nice to have bottles of hair shampoo and mini soap bars instead of a wall-mounted dispenser.

The staff at Greene King Inns were absolutely fantastic during my stay. I arrived late in the evening and even though the kitchen was closed, they went out of their way to arrange a meal for me. Their hospitality and willingness to help really made a difference.

The wifi at the hotel was not up to par and I struggled to get a decent connection. It would have been nice to have reliable internet access during my stay.

The accommodation was excellent for my father, who has mobility limitations. Parking spaces were ample, including disabled parking. The shower was accessible and the room had a large television and plenty of sockets for our devices. The hotel was modern, clean, and offered a quick check-in. The adjoining pub was convenient for meals.

All was perfect.
