There was nothing I didn't like.

The price of £60 for a double room, including breakfast, was very reasonable. The room was tidy and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel provided amenities such as a TV with aerial, cupboard space, and teas/coffees in the room. The location of the hotel was great, situated in a quiet street but still conveniently located for visiting nearby tourist spots. It took me around 30 minutes to walk into the city center, and a taxi ride back to the hotel was only 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map of the city and marking the hotel's location and nearby attractions on it. The breakfast included in the stay was excellent, with a good choice of cereals and juices, and a fried breakfast with bacon, links, egg, beans. The checkout process was easy and convenient, just throwing the keys in the bowl at reception.

We had a decent Christmas break at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast buffet was filling, and the hotel staff was friendly. the location was great, being very close to shops and restaurants, as well as being easy to access via public transportation. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi.
