recently stayed in st annes and couldn't have asked for a better experience. amazing value for money, clean, quiet rooms and a delicious breakfast with lots of options. loved the location and the thoughtful touch of toys and games for kids in the sitting room. exceeded expectations!

Christmas at this hotel was a delight! the decorations were simply amazing and the atmosphere was so welcoming. the staff was friendly and attentive. the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel, with great selection and quality ingredients. the location, near the sea and town, was perfect for us to enjoy walks and explore the area. the on-site cafe was a great place to grab coffee and brunch.

While the hotel had a lot of charm, some of the amenities are starting to show their age. the heating system struggled to keep the room warm on colder nights and the shower pressure could have been stronger.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful coastal views. The staff is friendly and provides a top-notch service. The rooms are spacious and the twin beds are incredibly comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely property called Claremont. the owner, Amy, was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. the location was ideal, just a short walk from St Annes or you can take a scenic coastal path into Lytham via Fairhaven. the breakfast was delicious with a choice of small or large portions, and I appreciated the unlimited tea/coffee refills and fruit juices. the room was clean and comfortable, and overall, I felt it was excellent value for money.
