I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a quiet street just a short walk from Paddington. The location was perfect for both getting to the airport and exploring the city. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette, allowing me to enjoy breakfast in the privacy of my own space. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and had a well-equipped kitchenette. Despite a noisy air vent, the staff were extremely helpful in trying to resolve the issue and even offered to move us to a different room. a good value stay.

Cleveland offers excellent value for money. the large rooms with very comfy beds and brilliant facilities are perfect. the location is ideal, within walking distance of major attractions like Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. the hotel is also conveniently located near public transportation and shops. the staff are friendly and helpful, accommodating special requests and ensuring rooms are located together. the hotel even has a lift for disabled guests.

The hotel has a great location, near several tube stations, in a quiet and beautiful area surrounded by old buildings. Besides, many London attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you need, such as a small kitchenette, with a fridge, a toaster. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was a bit temperamental and didn't have a satisfying water flow.

I recently stayed at The Cleveland in London for a few nights with my mother. The staff was terrific, very welcoming and considerate. They accommodated our needs and even recommended the Cleveland Arms Pub down the street, which turned out to be a great deal for food. Despite not being a fan of pubs, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bed in our room was incredibly comfy, and everything was spotlessly clean with great facilities. We specifically requested a quiet room, and the peaceful night's sleep we had was beyond expectations. The location was amazing, and the room was spacious with dimmer lights in the bedroom, creating a nice and cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and made our stay memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and the shower was powerful. The hotel had great facilities, including a kitchenette and a library. Its location was perfect, as it was close to three tube stations and many restaurants. It was also very close to Bayswater tube station and the 205 bus route to Kings Cross train station. The staff was friendly and provided clear instructions and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

We loved the location of this venue! Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it had easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, with three nearby underground stations. Our spacious and well-appointed room was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. We especially liked having a kitchen area, complete with cookware, utensils, and an electric kettle. Best of all, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even allowing us a free late check-out.

The weekend was great! the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the top tourist attractions. Plus, it was easily accessible from the train station. the room was tidy and big enough, with clean sheets and towels. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel provided a complementary breakfast!
