Spotty wifi connection.

The location of the hotel is perfect - right on the promenade and close to everything you could possibly want and need. The bus stop to Conwy is conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries provided in the bathroom. The breakfast served at the hotel is very good and the staff is warm and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel could use some updating and modernizing throughout.

During our new year stay, we enjoyed the fact that the hotel was near the sea and the shops. The bar had great options and the evening meals were delicious. , we appreciated the Victorian style of the building, it added a unique charm to our stay.

Our room was located on the top floor, causing us difficulty over and over again, particularly my elderly mother. It would've been useful to know beforehand about stairs in the hotel.
