We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Stansted airport off M11. The best aspects were the cleanliness, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. Not one thing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail from the staff was impressive. The location was also convenient and well looked after by all the friendly staff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food in the bar was delicious and reasonably priced. it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for a stopover before our early flight from Stansted. The location was perfect, close to the airport and easy access to the M11 and M25. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and served with a nice pot of tea. It was a great place to rest before our flight, with some nice places to visit nearby.

Best of all, the food was excellent, I particularly enjoyed the fresh coffee and the cooked breakfast. the hotel's location was also ideal for my business trip, with easy access to transport links and nearby attractions. an excellent value for money and highly recommended for business or leisure travelers!

I struggled a bit with the TV, but that was more down to me not being very tech-savvy, but this wasn't a big issue as I just wanted a good night's sleep ready for my business meeting. the only other negative was that the rooms at the back faced out onto a fence or hedge, which wasn't very scenic, but this seems to be a common issue with hotels in built-up areas.

The Cock Inn Hotel in Sheering is a hidden gem that offers great value for money. the location is perfect, right in the center of a quaint little village. Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as unlimited hot water and huge fluffy towels, are a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast served without even having to ask for smoked bacon was a pleasant surprise.
