We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. It is located just off Belmont street, in a street only for authorized vehicles, making it very convenient to explore the center and Union street. The room was spacious, with a really comfortable bed and a beautifully fitted out bathroom. We were impressed with the top-notch room amenities, including heating and air conditioning which ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV added a touch of convenience and luxury. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there when we needed them but never intrusive. They truly made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel also had great leisure facilities and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

This place is highly recommended for families with children.

We had a great stay at this place. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to Union Street. The room was a great wee room with some good facilities, and it was good value for money. The staff was very helpful and friendly, getting in touch and giving us all the necessary instructions. The service, room service, housekeeping, and room amenities were top-notch. The hotel had great leisure facilities such as Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and a coffee shop. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience here.

That the room was not cleaned, but the staff quickly apologized and resolved the issue. However, this would not stop us from recommending this hotel to others.

The room I stayed in at the Coffee House Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was big and provided a good night's sleep. The shower had good water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. I appreciated the effort put into making my birthday special with a lovely display on the table. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Had the best night's sleep during my business trip in the city center. the hotel was clean, warm, and quiet. the staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the simple amenities like coffee and tea in the room. the location was perfect, allowing me easy access to everything in town.

It had no elevator, which made it challenging for some guests who had difficulty taking the stairs. the pedestrianization of the street caused a bit of a hassle when arriving or leaving the hotel.

The value for money at the hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic bathroom with a powerful shower. The location was perfect, with plenty of cool pubs and coffee shops nearby. The staff, especially Michael, were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any requests.

Located right in the bustling city centre, this hotel is in a prime location, close to Union Street and the train station. Guests can easily explore the city and enjoy the nearby pubs. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with big TVs and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are amazing. The staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Guests appreciate the extra touches, such as refreshments in the room.

It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the hotel's coffee house was closed during the stay.
