As bike riders, we loved the convenience of having a secured bike storage at The Commodore. It was great to know that our bikes were safe during our stay.

our stay at the commodore in instow was fantastic. the staff were charming and helpful, the location by the beach was stunning, and the meals were first class. we loved the little touches like the hand crafted yoghurt and the view from the refreshment lounge. definitely exceeded our expectations!

I absolutely loved the stunning view of the estuary from the hotel. The locality was also perfect for exploring the small town. The stylish decor, comfortable bed, and walk-in shower were all top-notch. As a backpacker, I appreciated the hotel's welcoming atmosphere and the availability of a large car park.

As youngsters, we loved the lush and plentiful meals, the attentive staff, and the comfortable rooms. The residents lounge was a great place to chill, and the beach opposite the hotel was a bonus. The location was perfect for exploring the area and checking out local amenities. The sea views were breathtaking.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Instow for a business trip and there were a few things that I really liked about the experience. the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the food at the hotel was outstanding, both the breakfast and dinner options were impressive and delicious. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for me, offering beautiful views and easy access to the surrounding area.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay as well. The first issue arose during check-out when I realized that the price I was quoted in the confirmation email was actually per person, not per room.

We had a great Easter weekend getaway here. the sea view from our balcony room was stunning and the hotel was clean and nicely furnished. the staff were welcoming and the meals were well cooked and presented. the English breakfast had a lot of choices and the parking arrangements were perfect for our car rally group.

Our room was small and the bed was uncomfortable with worn sheets. Our balcony had a solid concrete front that was dirty and blocked the view.

The location of this hotel is absolutely idyllic, with stunning views over the estuary and neighboring Appledore. It feels like a true hidden gem. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms, although a bit small, were clean and provided all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. And let me tell you, waking up to the amazing sunsets over the estuary from our room was simply breathtaking.

The only small downside was that the breakfast options were a bit repetitive. But overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a lovely short break experience.
