We absolutely loved the location of the cottage. It was in the heart of the city, just minutes away from the train and bus stations, as well as the beach. Having outdoor space was a real bonus compared to other accommodations. The cottage served as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, like the beautiful white sand beaches of Collieston and Newburgh, or taking a bus to Ballater for a walk around Deeside. The convenience and accessibility were exceptional, especially since we arrived by bus and it was only a 5-minute walk to the cottage. The homely feel, the welcoming hosts, and the added touches like a good library and toiletries made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing bad to say.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean - perfect for a romantic escape. The location was excellent, close to both the city centre and the beach boulevard, allowing us to explore easily. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable.

The sitting area in the cottage was a bit small, with only a bar and two chairs. It would have been more comfortable to have a table with more seating options.

The Cottage had free WiFi, which was a relief because I needed to post tons of pictures of the garden views on my Instagram. Oh, and apparently there was also a garden, but who has time for that when there's WiFi?

Towels provided in the holiday home were so fluffy and soft, it was unbearable. I couldn't stop snuggling with them, which made it impossible to get anything done.
