The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was nicely decorated and clean. the staff, especially Karen, were extremely helpful and accommodating, even providing take-away menus and delivering hot toast to my room. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a short and easy walk to the airport.

The creaking floorboards and thin walls were quite noticeable, as I could hear the person next door moving around in the early hours of the morning. the room facing the road was a bit noisy at times, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Noisy stairs and hallway.

There is really not much to say in terms of positive aspects. the only thing we can appreciate about this place is its close proximity to the airport. It definitely saved us some travel time, especially since we arrived late at night. we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received upon our arrival, even at such a late hour. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking for better options in the area.

the cottage surpassed my previous stay in bristol and made our valentine's day extra special. the room was perfect and provided great services, like a bus to the airport. everything was spotless and the hosts were extremely friendly, offering help wherever they could. complimentary breakfast facilities were a pleasant surprise, especially with 2 toddlers.
