The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay for my friend and her children. the location was ideal, being close to shops and not noisy despite being above a pub.

There were a few minor issues during our stay, such as the bed being quite hard and the pillows not being very comfortable. The showers also needed some maintenance as the sealant was missing or blackened, causing water drainage problems.
