We had a wonderful stay at Craven Arms in Settle. The hotel was impeccably clean with stylish decor, making us feel safe during these times. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the owner was very welcoming. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed and great amenities. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful nearby areas like Ingleton and Malham Cove. We enjoyed delicious meals, including the beef wellington, and the breakfast was spot on. We would definitely stay again, as it was also great value for money.

My family and I stayed at The Craven Arms for two nights while I participated in a charity hike in the Yorkshire Dales. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and had a great experience throughout our stay. The location was perfect for accessing the peaks and other walks, with Settle just a short walk away. The onsite restaurant offered delicious food for both dinner and breakfast, and the rooms were cozy and well-equipped. The staff even provided me with a packed breakfast when I had to leave early on Saturday morning. a fantastic stay with excellent value for money.

We had a lovely weekend at a great location, perfect for walking in the Dales and just relaxing. The room was cozy and had underfloor heating, which was a bonus during the cold October weather. The staff at the Craven Arms were incredibly welcoming and even made our dog feel at home, giving her a sausage for breakfast. The Sunday lunch was also delicious. we couldn't fault the place and would definitely stay again!

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient as it was located close to Settle railway station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. I even had the chance to visit Staniforth Force waterfall, which was just a short distance away. The room I stayed in was well presented and had ample storage space for all my belongings. The bathroom, although a bit small, had a functioning shower. The staff provided efficient and friendly service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

I did find that the atmosphere of the pub itself was a bit lacking, which made it less enjoyable for socializing and having a few drinks in the evening.

The hotel's great location for beautiful trips, lovely evening meals and fantastic food, fresh and tasteful decor, pleasant ambiance in the rooms, fantastic cooked breakfast, responsive and friendly staff.

The hotel was a great value for money, with reasonable prices and excellent facilities. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-appointed rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, to the large step into the shower with a good shower for freshening up after a long walk. The location of the hotel in a beautiful area provided lovely views, and it was conveniently located near most pubs.

All was fine; nothing stood out as needing improvement.

The location of the restaurant is ideal, right beside the railway station and opposite Giggleswick railway station, making it convenient for those traveling by train. The menu offers a good choice of delicious dishes, with the pork belly being particularly noteworthy. The staff are friendly and efficient, offering a lift into Settle.

The check-in/check-out times were a bit inconvenient, from 10:30 to 15:00.

stayed in settle before, but craven arms exceeded expectations. superb staff, excellent food, stylish decor. clean, parking available, close to nature spots. highly recommended.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the countryside. the room was very clean and comfortable, with lovely views of the surrounding hills. the locally sourced breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

Although we had a great time, there were a couple of minor issues. the pillows could have been softer, which would have made our sleep even more comfortable.
