The food was delicious, especially the Poutine, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The atmosphere was lively and the locals were friendly. The value we got for our money at the Crooked Swan was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location was convenient, being in the center of town, and the staff treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived.

I stayed at this hotel over Christmas and the dinner menu was really good. I enjoyed the roasted meat and veg dishes. The beds were very comfortable as well, which helped me get a good night's sleep. The location is also convenient for exploring the area.

The staff were not very friendly or accommodating during my stay. I also had issues with room service as they took a long time to respond to my requests and some of the items I ordered never arrived.

We stumbled upon this pub while exploring the countryside and what a pleasant surprise it was! The menu offers a refreshing variety of dishes that are rarely found in a rural pub setting. The room we stayed in had a lovely art deco theme and was filled with interesting touches. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The delicious breakfast and well-cared-for ales were the perfect start to our day. We were also treated to a sneak peek at the unique bedrooms that were full of quirky features. It truly added to the overall experience.

The noise from the pub garden outside our room during the summer evenings was a bit distracting, but it did not hinder our sleep.
